A Dose of Pretty: Tulle Hem

Isn't this a beautiful dress? The color is a deep teal, which I love, and it fits her perfectly. My absolute favorite detail is the tulle at the hem! So pretty! I'm thinking of going through my closet to see if there are any dresses that could use an update with a tulle detail at the hem.
