Today is my Friday as we leave tomorrow for a long weekend in Orlando. We are celebrating my grandparent's 50th anniversary in their favorite place. It's a trip that was postponed from last November, but who's to say there's a time limit on celebrations right?

Happy Friday!

I'm so glad it's the weekend. This first week back has been brutal. It's amazing how after only 2 weeks of waking up whenever I pleased and not following routine I am completely out of wack, but after this week of trying to get back in my routine, I think I'm OK....we'll see...I need a nap. In any case, I think this quote from the lovely Judy Garland is a wonderful mantra for today. Always be yourself, even if my current self is terribly sleepy.

Next week I'll be introducing a brand new feature! I'm so excited about it and can't wait for you all to see it. Lot's of photos on the way of our trip too.

I love this quote from Jonathan Swift. Another week has flown by and it's already the end of October, in my opinion, I think the whole year has flown by! Mr. Swift has inspired me to really live everyday and to me that means taking a break from our endless errands, e-mails, texts, and TV shows that constantly have us running on autopilot. Instead, try at least one different thing everyday, small or large, to shake things up a bit and make you look around and enjoy your life.
