Breezy Weekend

I'm so happy the weekend is here again! The weather has been beautiful down here this past week and I'm hoping get out into the outdoors. Since the breeze is so nice and cool, perhaps I can open up the windows and let some fresh air in...it feels like spring already. Along with some fresh air, I'm feeling the need to cook up a storm this weekend! I've been wanting to try my hand at a roasted chicken for quite some time now, and I found two amazing recipes here and here. Not sure which one I'm going to try though.
